Privacy Policy

At CREMB United LLC (“CREMB United”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our members. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (crembunited.com), subscribe to our service, or interact with our private email digest network.
By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect
We collect two distinct types of information to run our network effectively:

A. Member Account & Billing Data (Personal Information)
To manage your subscription and verify your status as an active commercial real estate professional, we collect:
-
Identity Data: Your name, company name, professional licensing details (if applicable), and professional profile/website links.
-
Contact Data: Your business email address and phone number.
-
Financial & Transaction Data: All credit card processing and monthly billing are handled securely via our third-party merchant processor (Stripe). CREMB United LLC never stores or sees your raw credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.

B. Submitted Deal Metrics (Anonymized Data)
When you submit a dropped loan file to the digest, we collect the asset criteria.
-
Mandatory Anonymity: As outlined in our Terms, you are strictly prohibited from submitting sensitive personal identifiers of your clients (e.g., borrower names, social security numbers, entity names, or exact physical street addresses).
-
What We Collect Instead: We collect only raw, high-level transactional facts: property type, general location (city/state), loan size, loan-to-value (LTV) ratio, current issue/hurdle, and your preferred broker contact information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
-
To verify that you are a legitimate commercial mortgage broker or funding specialist (protecting the group from retail consumer spam).
-
To process your monthly $29 membership fee safely via Stripe.
-
To format and distribute your submitted deal metrics to the private email network so other brokers can contact you directly to fund the file.
-
To send you the regular email digest and critical operational updates regarding your account.
How Data is Shared Within the Network
-
The Digest Email: When you submit a deal, the anonymized financial metrics—along with your designated professional email, phone number, or contact link—will be blasted to the verified, paying members of the CREMB United LLC email list. This is done explicitly so matching brokers can find you and co-broker the transaction.
-
No Selling of Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal email, phone number, or business data to third-party marketing companies, retail consumer databases, or public lists. Your information is strictly used to run the inner mechanics of the network.
Data Security & Storage
We employ industry-standard administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal account details. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, CREMB United LLC cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Third-Party Links & Services
Our service acts as a conduit to connect brokers. Once you click a link or voluntarily contact another broker via their email/phone, or navigate to a third-party payment system (like Stripe), you are subject to their respective privacy policies. CREMB United LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the privacy practices of any independent network member or third-party tool.
Your Data Rights & Choices
-
Access & Updates: You can review, update, or correct your personal contact details at any time by contacting support.
-
Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, which will remove you from the active email digest receiving and distribution loops at the conclusion of your billing cycle.
-
Data Deletion: You may request that we permanently delete your account history and personal data from our internal records by emailing our team.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate, analyze, and improve our website and email delivery services.
-
Essential Cookies: These are required for system security, processing payments via Stripe, and keeping you logged into your member dashboard.
-
Analytics: We may use basic analytics tools to track website traffic and monitor email open/click rates to ensure our digest is delivering properly to the network.
-
Your Choice: You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept essential cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service or manage your subscription dashboard.

Children’s Privacy (Underage Users)
Our Service is strictly engineered and marketed for adult professionals engaged in commercial real estate financing. CREMB United LLC does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (or under the age of 13 under COPPA guidelines). If we discover that a person under 18 has registered for an account or provided us with personal information, we will delete that data from our servers immediately.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. We will also notify you via email if the changes materially alter how we handle your personal data.
