Keep It 100% Anonymized: To protect your relationship and comply with privacy rules, DO NOT include borrower names, exact corporate entities, or precise street addresses. Use only macro-locations (e.g., Dallas, TX).

Be Specific in the "Deal Challenge" Box: The more detail you give about why the deal stalled (e.g., lender hit maximum capacity on hospitality, borrower has a recent ITIN wrinkle), the faster the right specialist can identify if they have the exact box to save it.
